Privacy
Effective October 20, 2026. Wikivec Inc. operates Find Any Footage.
What we collect
Your sign-in details (email, and your name if you use Google), the searches you run, the shots you download and how many you use. You don't upload anything: the footage comes from public archives.
How long we keep it
Clips you download are stored for 7 days so the link works, then deleted. Search and download counts are kept for about 40 days. The text of each search, with how many shots matched and how good the best match was, is kept for 31 days with a scrambled account id, so we can see which footage people look for and don't find, and add it. A search's vector is cached for 30 days and contains no information about who searched.
Who processes it
- Clerk: signing you in when you connect the service to your assistant. Data: email address, name if you sign in with Google, sign-in records.
- Google (Gemini API, paid tier): turning your search into a vector so matching shots can be found. Data: the text of your search; under Google's paid terms, not used to train its models.
- Neon: holding the footage index (films and shot descriptions). Data: no personal data.
- Vercel: hosting the website and the connector, storing preview images and the clips you download, and counting page visits. Data: downloaded clips (deleted after 7 days), IP address and request logs; page-visit statistics without cookies or a persistent identifier.
- Upstash: storing clip jobs and your monthly usage. Data: your account id, the shots you downloaded, download and search counts.
- Stripe: taking payment for Pro and managing the subscription. Data: email, payment details and billing country; card details go to Stripe, never to us.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, show ads, or use your searches to train AI models.
Your choices
You can disconnect the service from your assistant at any time. To delete your account and data, email privacy@wikivec.com. The service is only for people aged 18 and over.
